submitted by Moussa D. - |Recommended: NoDo NOT be fooled — Some townhouses are being renovated for new renters but you will still have, rodents, bugs, cricket spiders, smell of old furnace when you use heating system. Trash untamed near a certain area of Riverpoint. Good luck

Regarding the points you have mentioned of concern....we have an exterminator on contract who visits our property twice a month. If you are experiencing any pest control issue, please place a maintenance request and your unit will be put on a service program until your pest issue has been completely resolved. A service request is also required for any issue with your furnace. Please contact the Management Office if you need any assistance with placing this request. We are actively working to resolve the trash issue by the specific dumpster that you are referencing. submitted by Frito B. - |Recommended: YesNice place to live but maintenence is lacking — Apartment is plenty spacious and the neighborhood is very friendly and relatively quiet, i put in a few maintenence request but have yet to recieve any correspondence from maintenence even after giving permission for them to enter my apartment without me there, im still waiting for my tub to be fixed and im currently showering at work

No one from the office communicates with residents, nor do they care that they take 5 years to fix one issue and expect rent to be paid as if they are actually doing their job. This place is a joke and they all need lessons on customer service, time management, and professionalism.

The apartments are really comfortable and the surroundings are always clean. My neighbors are friendly and never had a problem. Staff at the rental office are very nice also, and maintenance is never a problem.

submitted by Gina H. - |Recommended: NoOverpriced, not enough parking, not well kept, needs improvement — I moved to Riverpointe in June 2019. I was limited with options due to having pets and was thankful this community did allow them. The townhomes were decent sizes but if you wanted updated kitchens and fixtures you had to pay a lot more. After moving in there were a few maintenance issues that I had put in a slip for and unfortunately it was not done in a timely fashion. It took numerous phone calls, threatening not to pay my rent, and finally after three months the property manager reached out and they finally fixed all my issues. Since then there has been a change in management and maintenance. They are more on top of things now which is a positive. I think parking should be assigned as people have family friends over and it is difficult to find spot at times. For the first 9 months of living there, there were 3 abandoned vehicles taking on spots had flat tires and no license plates . Although trash gets picked up twice a week it is still overflowing most weeks. People leave furniture and bags all along side the dumpster and it is a big eye sore. Also garbage blows around the property along with mail that is left behind also. They do take care of the landscape pretty often which is great but they don’t pick up the garbage before doing it so then its just left in pieces after they are done. Water, Gas, and trash are added into your monthly rent which has been pretty minimal. I’ve had to different neighbors since living there and the walls keep the sound in very well. The windows are really tough to get open so i haven’t been able to open many windows due to this. As my lease was coming to an end I was unable to find a new place due to the pandemic in time. I had asked to extend my lease So they sent me options and prices. It was very sad that they wanted to charge me an extra 350 month to do this even with being out of work. Very disappointed in the business to charge a single mother with a sick son that much more to stay when there was no options of getting a new place due to COVID. After receiving my first bill for my additional month i noticed they added in an additional 65 month on top of the 350 month which is absolutely ridiculous. After speaking to the property manager which was very nice and only passing along what she was told they informed me that that would be my new base rate for extending even though it was not stated anyway. I looked at my paper they originally sent me that was not stated nor any of those amounts were noted. So to extend two months while not being able to work, having a sick son, and being in lock down they wanted to charge me 415 extra a month. So a three bedroom townhome where you can’t even use their playground and fitness room went from being 1420 month to 1835 month. I’m not working and can’t afford this and they had nothing to say about making things right. Before this i would of recommended river point tomehomes as they do have new management and I know changes take time so hopefully they will make the changes needed. After seeing how management is taking advantage of people in this hard times and ripping them off I would not recommend.

submitted by Johnny Q. - |Recommended: YesI love living on this side of Bethlehem, this is a very diverse community. — I would NOW recommend my friends and family to move here New Manager is Caren. Caren was my property manager from prior townhome and she is the best. We decided to renew the lease, because of her. I know she will shape up this place, River Point was GOING UNDER The last managers were liars. They would say they submit for maintenance or return calls etc.. that made us wanting to move, nothing was getting fixed. No one has time to sit in court house to file complaints. Big difference from when it was called Liberty Hills. The Crossings those two property owners and the people they had working for them was the worst they cared nothing about the property or the community .River Point Hands up to you by getting Carin , she will fix what was bad, I know for a fact she will take care of business.. Please anyone give this property a second chance. A new Sheriff is in town
